Shipping
CEI Supply provides free standard ground shipping on orders over $199, with certain exclusions. Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped using the most economical method. Standard ground orders placed before 2 p.m. (CST) Monday–Friday ship the same business day; orders placed after that time ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on location and carrier conditions.
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for orders placed by 2 p.m. (CST) Monday–Thursday, with weight limits up to 10 lbs. For international shipments, including Canada, additional fees or brokerage charges may apply. Customers should report any damages or shortages immediately and retain all packaging for inspection. Return Policy
Customers must obtain prior authorization before sending any returns, as a CEI Supply–issued Sales Return Order (SRO) number is required on the outside of the package. Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery and be in new, unopened, and unused condition unless defective or damaged during shipping. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be shipped by mail. Once returned products are received, CEI Supply may take up to 7 business days to process the request and issue the appropriate credit.
