Refund & Return Policy

1. Attachments

All Diamond Mowers attachments are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.

2. Replacement Parts

  • Returns are accepted for non-obsolete parts in new condition.
  • Hoses cannot be returned.
  • The local dealer is responsible for return freight costs.
  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price only, with no restocking fee.

Return Process

  • Order Issues: If the wrong or defective part is received, contact the Parts Sales Team immediately.
  • Inventory Adjustments: For excess stock or seasonal adjustments, contact the Parts Team with an RMA form, photos, and a reason for return. Approval is required before sending items back.
